Returns

Returning items is possible within 21 days from the date you received your ordered items.

We are only able to accept returns of the items in unused condition, whithout signs of wearing, in original packaging and with all included accessories. Of course you can try on purchased shoes comfortably, but we kindly ask not to scratch the soles or leave other traces of wear. We suggest measuring on a carpet surface.

To proceed the return of item send it back to us with Post or Courier Service.

Please attach the bill of the products, order number and your account number at which the paid amount will be refunded (click to download return form). Once we have received the returned items, your refund will be processed up to 14 days on a given account number. Shipping cost is not refunded.
